• Large Ring Balloon 21x33
• You CAN use helium to float or double-sided TAPE to surface/wall
• You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included)

• The balloon is meant to be double-sided TAPED to surface/wall
• You can make a backward loop with regular tape to make it double-sided (tape not included)
• not meant to float with helium

Balloons come flat and deflated

Each order comes with a straw for inflating the balloons with air. (You can also use a hand air pump).

CHOKING HAZARD - Children under 16 years old can choke on balloons. Adult supervision required.  Keep balloons from children.  Discard broken balloons immediately.
